Kokousmateriaalit ladataan liiton verkkosivulle https://www.dancesport.fi/tietoa-liitosta/jasenkokoukset sääntöjen mukaisesti viimeistään kaksi viikkoa ennen kokouspäivää.
Liiton jäsenkokouksissa on äänivalta liiton varsinaisilla jäsenillä. Varsinaisia jäseniä voivat edustaa niiden varsinaiset henkilöjäsenet.
Kokous järjestetään hybridinä. Kannustamme saapumaan paikalle, mutta voitte osallistua myös etäyhteyksin. Etäyhteyksin osallistuville suosittelemme valtuuttamaan viralliseksi kokousedustajaksi henkilön, joka osaa käyttää Teams-etäkokousyhteyttä. Äänestäminen tapahtuu älypuhelimella sekä etänä että paikan päällä.
Suomen Tanssiurheiluliitto ry:n sääntöjen mukaan jäsenyhdistys voi asettaa useita kokousedustajia käyttämään äänivaltaansa. Äänestysten sujuvoittamiseksi toivomme kuitenkin, että etäyhteyksin osallistuva yhdistys valtuuttaisi yhden kokousedustajan käyttämään kaikkia ääniään.
Jäsenyhdistyksen ilmoittautumista etäkokoukseen pyydetään tiistaihin 20.5. klo 15 mennessä tällä verkkolomakkeella. Käytännön syistä edellytämme etänä osallistuvien kokousedustajien valtakirjan tai valtakirjojen toimittamista torstaihin 22.5. klo 15 mennessä osoitteeseen toimisto(at)tanssiurheilu.fi.
Noin tunti ennen kokouksen alkua etäkokoukseen osallistuville kokousedustajille toimitetaan Teams-kokouskutsut sekä linkki äänestysalustalle, ennakkoilmoittautumislomakkeella mainittuun sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Samalla käynnistyy valtakirjojen tarkastus, joka päättyy puoli tuntia ennen kokouksen alkua.
Tarjoiluihin varautuaksemme pyydämme myös paikan päälle saapuvilta ilmoittautumisia tällä verkkolomakkeella.
Tervetuloa mukaan maksuttomaan koulutukseen, josta saat työkaluja nuoren urheilijan myönteisen keho- ja ruokasuhteen tukemiseen!
Nuoren urheilijan terveellinen keho- ja ruokasuhde -hankkeessa kehitetty ryhmäohjausmalli tarjoaa työkaluja myönteisen keho- ja ruokasuhteen edistämiseen. Ryhmäohjausmallin avulla ryhmässä voidaan edistää nuorten urheilijoiden myönteistä keho- ja ruokasuhdetta turvallisessa ja kannustavassa ympäristössä. Ryhmäohjausmalli sisältää tietoa ja harjoitteita mm. teemoista mitä on oma keho- ja ruokasuhteeni sekä kehon kuunteleminen.
Maksuttomissa koulutuksissa ravitsemusterapeutti Marjukka Nurkkala ja urheilufysioterapeutti Satu Siirtola kertovat, miten hyödynnät ryhmäohjausmallia oman joukkueesi kanssa.
Koulutukset järjestetään teamsilla 26.5.2025 klo 14–16 ja 3.6.2025 klo 13–15.

2. Only candidates for the WDSF STD/LAT DJ’s license who have completed the entire online WDSF DJ application
before the closing date are permitted to register to this congress.
3. For observers at a WDSF congress, the registration can only be done by the WDSF NMB.
The NMB can pay for the observer online or delegate the payment to the observer.
