Due to changes in WADA anti-doping rules, it was necessary to make changes also in the WRRC anti-doping procedures and rules. The status of International athlete has to be established, a professional statement regarding the usability of doping in our sport and in consequence the need of OCT has to be prepared and each dancer has to sign the Consent in person (for minor the parents need to sign).

Please, give the form to all dancers who will participate on the WRRC competitions. They have to sign it (for minors, the sign of the legal guardian is needed) and fill in all the required data. After they have signed it, the national federation has to send the scanned document in the PDF format, over the registration software, along with the scan of the Passport or other ID document with the picture and signature of the dancer.
IMPORTANT: without both documents for each individual dancer (valid for couples and formations), you won’t be able to announce this dancer to the competition!

WRRC:n kilpailuissa käyviltä urheilijoilta tarvitaan WRRC Form Of Consent For Athletes -dokumentti allekirjoitettuna (alaikäisiltä huoltajan allekirjoitus) ja lisäksi kopio passista, ajokortista tmv, josta näkee kilpailijan kuvan, syntymäajan ja allekirjoituksen.
Nämä kaksi eri dokumenttia tulee toimittaa liiton toimistoon (postitse tai skannattuna eri tiedostoina osoitteeseen toimisto(at)tanssiurheilu.fi), jossa dokumentit kirjataan kunkin urheilijan osalta WRRC:n kilpailijakortistoon. Tiedot tulee olla kunnossa ennen ilmoittautumista WRRC:n kilpailuihin.
HUOM! Molemmat tiedostot tulee olla kooltaan alle 500 kB (kannattaa skannata mustavalkoisina).
